Quantum Financial Group is the parent company of Bonded Collectors of Beaver Dam in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin, and Monroe Enterprises and Credit Bureau Centre in Monroe, Wisconsin. Both offices were established in the 1950's.

Bonded Collectors merged with Monroe Enterprises in 2022. In 2024 our physical office in Beaver Dam was moved to the Monroe location. The mailing address, email and phone numbers remain the same.

Credit Bureau Centre and Bonded Collector are full-service debt collection agencies, offering a variety of programs to suit a wide variety of clients. Monroe Enterprises also publishes monthly public record bulletins and the annual Farmers Credit Guide.
